About Us

 

I provide custom woodworking projects for individuals, contractors, and interior decorators; from cabinetry to cedar shutters and from custom bunk beds to desks within a kitchen hutch. Customization is what makes our work stand out, we have had many clients with an idea, and not able to find just what they're wanting in stores, or have found a design they like but need it built with modifications to fit their style or space.
I love woodworking primarily because of my father. I have had the privilege of working with and learning from him for 35+ yrs. He was born and raised in Holland. He went to trade school there to learn his craft. From this history, I drew my business name of Timmerman Design. Timmerman being Dutch for carpenter.
